WETT courses are scheduled by our regional affiliates.
To register for any WETT course, complete the registration form below. An email will be sent to your local affiliate (or to the WETT office if you are in a non-affiliate area). You will also receive a confirmation email that details your registration and the amount paid or owing. Your registration is not complete until we have received your payment. Plan to register promptly, since there is a course maximum of 25 participants. We look forward to seeing you at a course!
For information on our bursaries and to apply, please check the Awards and Bursaries page of our website.
The information gathered from the following form is required for course enrolment purposes. WETT will use this information for course enrolment and course marketing purposes only. Please fill in all of the form fields.
When registering, use your personal, unique email address. Please note that all future communications will go to this address, so make sure this is the email address you will be checking regularly.
If you are having someone else complete the registration form on your behalf, please have them register you with your personal, unique email address, as this is what we will use to send your course confirmation, course information as well as the link to access your virtual course and online exam.
When registering online, payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration (except for Nova Scotia and Newfoundland/Labrador courses).
We will follow provincial guidelines for Coronoavirus (COVID-19)
Please note that in-person courses may be subject to cancellation at any time due to COVID-19-related factors. If cancelled, registration fees will be refunded minus the cost of printed materials. Any personal expenses related to your attendance will not be reimbursed.
To participate in our virtual courses, you must have high-speed internet access. We recommend that you use a desktop computer or laptop and that it be hard wired to the internet instead of using wi-fi.
Recommended Minimum Speeds for participants
- 10 Mbps download
- 1 Mbps upload
Speed can be tested by going to https://www.speedtest.net/ and marking down the speed.
These are optimal requirements (guidelines) but you are able to register for a virtual course, understanding that you are responsible for any connectivity issues. We will do our best to troubleshoot, but cannot manage connectivity for participants and cannot let issues impede the course for other participants. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection. WETT does not assume responsibility for poor connections.
A camera is required, as you must be visible to the instructor throughout the entire class, including while you are writing the online exam. Cell phone use will not be allowed during the exam. To avoid any difficulties, we recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer, not an iPad or other tablet.
Please note if you are registering for SITE Inspection course
The SITE Inspection course is a two-part course: the online pre-course and the live course (virtual or in person).
A link to access the pre-course will be sent soon to the email address you used to register for the course. The title of the email will be WETT Inc. online course invitation. The pre-course must be completed at least one week prior to the course start date. If the pre-course is not completed by that date, you will need to reschedule to a future course date.
